This policy applies to SEOTonic AI Services plans bought on seotonic.com. It doesn’t apply to our managed SEO campaigns, which have their own terms.
Monthly plans
All AI Services plans are billed monthly in US dollars through PayPal. There is no minimum term and no setup fee.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time:
- in your PayPal account (Settings, then Payments, then Manage automatic payments), or
- by emailing [email protected] with your PayPal transaction or subscription ID.
Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep the work for the month you have already paid for, and we finish any deliverables already due that month.
Refunds
Before we start. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment and we haven’t delivered anything yet, we refund that payment in full.
Late delivery. If a deliverable arrives more than 5 business days after the date we gave you, you can ask for a refund for that month.
Delivered work. Once a month’s deliverables have been delivered, that month isn’t refundable. If something is wrong, tell us: each item includes one round of changes, and we fix factual errors at no charge.
Renewals. If you forgot to cancel and a renewal payment went through, tell us within 3 days of the payment and before any work for the new month is delivered, and we’ll refund it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card you paid with. PayPal usually shows them within a few days. We reply to every refund request within 2 business days.
No guarantees
Our plans deliver the work described for each plan. We don’t guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or mentions in AI search results, and refunds aren’t given on that basis.
